Project Title: Development and Integration of High-Throughput Measurement Technologies and Computational Modeling

Project Abstract:

Develop and integrate high-throughput data collection and analysis technologies with computational modeling to further a systems-level understanding of two complex biological systems. At Cambridge, the proposed project studies changes in stem cell population dynamics through epigenetic markers. At Edinburgh, the proposed project studies gene networks that give rise to circadian rhythms in immune systems.
